Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure for Payment Services Directive Implementation on AWS .As a part of program management and solution Architect team, my responsibility is to run through sections of program life cycle to deliver the PSD2 , an Open Banking UK implementation of API. the first solution to be hosted on AWS for Bank of Ireland this included creating supporting infrastructure with all controls and reviews with design and implementation . Using Ping Federate for Identity and Access management and Enterprise authorisation server. For api communications . Daily activity includes implementation of program governance and managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements to ensure the project meets regulatory dates for delivery.

Successfully delivered the project for Design and Migration existing OSB Service in data centre to Micro-service Architecture on AWS. Achieved 70% savings on Infrastructure cost and increased performance. My role was Design and develop solution to migrate OSB SOA Architecture to Micro services Architecture on a new Cloud infrastructure, Work close with Business and product owner to ensure the Migration is in line AWS Cloud Best Practices. Manage performance testing team and Development teams ,implement the discipline of infrastructure as Code, Ensure High level Architecture goals are met,Ensure the solution is scalable . First phase of project was to enable Single Signon with all United States districts with HMH products, design and develop provisioning solution and migrate web based products to Microservices Architecture and ensure the performance is met with current and increased volumes. I was responsible for: Design and develop Transformation to microservices solution from multiple web applications. Implement OAuth 2 , open id connect Authentication, Ensure the integration solution is in line SIF Standard , Manage performance testing team Development teams. Ensure High level Architecture goals are met. Ensure product is scalable and identify the utilisation gaps in cloud infrastructure. I was responsible for: Technology Stack, Planning Future road map of product infrastructure. Establish architecture roadmap for Virtualization . Develop HLD for new technologies ( SSO, PKI ) and ensure End to End integration and operational risks in implementation and processes are managed. The project referred as Galleon scope comprises of developing and maintaining the infrastructure software that acts as a backbone of Shipping Business.

The project was on retail domain for creating a centralized web based system to replace the existing Fat client and re designing the system based on the changing business rules for label printing, Price promotion.
